CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment I require a 24 hour notice, if you do not give notice within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your booking service. If you are 5 minutes late and you are receiving a massage your time will be cut short. If you are 10 minutes late I consider your appointment cancelled and collect a 50% fee. No calls/no shows will be charged 50% of service. When I go to collect the fee and the card declines I will get in contact for other forms of payment, if you do not respond within the hour, you will be banned from booking. Please be sure to confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation text.
